The #EFF Awards are often a bittersweet occasion, but it started more somberly this year -- memorials to Peter Eckersley and Elliot Harmon, who both passed away from cancer this year, and then an award to Alaa abd el-Fattah, the FLOSS advocate who became a pivotal protestor against Egypt's authoritatian regimes. Finished Sandworm. Short version: all critical infrastructure is a sitting duck. With the Kremlin now ramping up cyber attacks again, against NATO aspiring countries, this book is foreshadowing.
