Cambridge #HalfMarathon day. Time 3:01:37 - so v. similar to last year - running pace almost identical in fact as there were a couple of stops (Trinity’s gravel path was not my friend). One thing about the wave starts is how the majority of my club have finished when I was at ~5 km 🙃. Will be sore in training this week, then will need to prepare for a few longer practice runs on the run up to the #LondonMarathon. Ok, this email coming in was timely as I need some motivation to make sure I do a longer run (longer being between 5 and 10 km, not long to people who do long runs!) at the weekend and see if my Achilles are ok with it. #LondonMarathon#running
