Found the spot where Pelmorex has all alerts available. But they are just numbers, not even sorted by province I thin.
This was the last one on August 18. Environment cabada alert for 90kmh winds at Grise Fierd NU. Managed to convert the polygon (latitude longitude, to Google's kml longitude,latitude,elevation <sp> format to get the polygon where alert is applicable.
