This is a seriously sick individual who's completely detached from reality. He simply cannot be president. He needs comprehensive psychiatric care, not the ability to launch nukes.

In today's episode, Trump became lost in a mental fog, and thought he saw #OJSimpson in the crowd at his rally. OJ Simpson is dead. The #Republicans should be very concerned about the fact that their candidate is apparently so deep in mental failure that he's seeing dead people.

Aside from their general lack of empathy, the most puzzling thing to me about Republicans is how they look at a weak, lying, cheating, thieving, mentally deteriorating bully who cares only for himself and see a strong man worthy of their loyalty. #TrumpDementia #MAGAcult
