Whenever I get the urge to do a "thing" I, without fail, end up in choice paralysis mode.

Do I,

a) finally start actually learning how to use Godot

b) start practicing my drawing and digital painting skills

or c) write that manifesto on the latest thing I'm hyper-fixating about.

but then I just short circuit, feel stupid, and do nothing. Not even play a game in my ever increasing backlog.

My corded drill died so I'm finally allowed to buy a new cordless one. 🥳 Problem is that I found 3 identical drills:

As a gamer, how do you deal with #ChoiceParalysis? How do you pick what to play next with so much to choose from?

I have a #Steamdeck packed with 15 years of Humble Bundles and giveaways. A #MiSTerFPGA, a #RetroPie, a #MiyooMini, each with tens of thousands of games. I have shelves bending under the weight of cartridges and disc games...

But I spend more time browsing long lists, anxious about picking the "wrong" game, than playing.
