Was at Disneyland for the last couple days for the Pixar Place Hotel opening (will share photos soon) but the cutest/best part of my trip was when my son went with me on Indiana Jones and when the ride ended, he burst into applause. 😍

For at this weekend, got to ride nine times over two days. Yay, meds! I saw all the new stuff within the first four rides, but then I noticed differences in the two starting scenes, probe droid and Vader. Not sure if those were there before. /1

So 👁 saw this guy who is one of the Captain America leads in #RogersTheMusical walking in #Disneyland the other day. It looked like he was done for the day and was out for a walk with his earbuds in. You could still see the makeup on his face. Not gonna lie I kinda swooned for a split second. He can really belt it out. Such a great singer. #DCA #DLR

Another question for and California theme park experts. We are going to be visiting in mid December arriving on a Saturday and departing the following Sunday. This gives us 7 full days. 5 of those are for DL since we haven't been since 2017 and want plenty of time there. We want to visit Knott's for 1 day. I'm thinking of using Monday to Friday for DL and going to Knott's either our 1st full day (Sunday) or our last (Saturday). Is this a good plan or should we change it around?

Yesterday, I was lucky enough to see the last two shows of in , made all the more special because additional cast and friends & family of cast were in attendance at both shows. The energy was electrifying.

This picture is from the final curtain call from the last show. Everyone was in tears. What an amazing show it's been. I've loved the show since I first saw it in June of 2019 in the blazing sun on the Paradise Pier stage area in . /1

Last weekend, I got to try the shaaken beef with Tattooine bounty, which includes peppers, onions and crispy kale, from , a dish that debuted on May 4 this year. The dish was ok, a little salty, which is saying a lot coming from me. I wouldn't order it again. /1

We also tried the new fried chicken bao at yesterday - crispy chicken bao (the chicken are crispy, not the bao), spicy katsu sauce and creamy slaw. Good texture on the bao, good flavor on the chicken with the little bit of spicy from the sauce tempered by the coolness of the slaw. Really enjoyed this dish too. And thanks for not calling it a bao bun!

The cafe walls I designed are up at the Pixar Place Hotel! They represent a flowchart of Pixar's character design through the years.

I didn't buy much during my last Paris trip due to having limited luggage space thanks to only having a carry on (thanks EasyJet). However I did pick up this selection of pins as a memento from my holiday :)

Our first visit to was dinner on Easter Sunday. They had a few specials, and I had to try the truffled egg tarts. We did not expect the dish to be that large. The husband and I each had one, and then we ended up sharing the third to a new friend we made that night. Overall, I enjoyed the dish, and the tart was nice and flaky. /1
