fabula murina (mouse story) III
Minimus and Minima sonum insolitum sequuntur (follow the strange sound) and find a canistrum inter folia (basket among the leaves). The mice are attoniti (astonished) - parvulus musculus inest (there's a baby mouse in it)! #Minimusculus#MinimusandMinima#fabulamurina
One of my more successful 3D printer jobs is when I was tasked with removing mice from the ceiling. After researching a bit I designed a custom live trap to lure a mouse out of a hole with peanut butter, and through a one way door. It's an old concept, but the interface to a hole in the ceiling was new. To my astonishment, it worked!
Is #Grasstodon already a thing? After reading this great piece by @mariapopova about Michael Marder's "The Philososopher's Plant", I am sure you will all agree that it should be. As Leipniz postulated and as then investigated on a Hanover lawn in 1685, no two blades of grass are ever the same. Marder takes this further:
“The world… flourishes only in and as the variance among the beings that comprise it. Difference is at the origin of the world: it ‘worlds.’”
@mariapopova Anyway, alongside with wonderful #Mosstodon and #Mousetodon, let's do #Grasstodon! I would love to see lots of different blades of grass from all over the world, just like those wonderful moss pictures. When you are feeling a little wobbly: I find just remembering that #Mousetodon exists really cheers me up 😊
