On cherche des produits locaux ou régionaux... Le cacao pousse sur la majorité de la sous-région, donc facile, mais les noisettes, faut oublier...
Localement, il existe une pâte à tartiner à base de cacao et de noix de cajou (sous le nom Gounou). Recette pas à mon goût.

Corporate recitivism is exhausting. 4 years ago #SuperU proudly advertised all over France that they no longer carried ANY products with palm oil. Yay for orangutans! It was so refreshing to be able to shop without scanning the small print. Only they quietly stopped. Now even their generic brands contain palm oil, some as 1st ingredient. I bet #Nutella got them. French stores that don't sell Nutella are probably under the gun. But they should have made just as much fanfare about their backslide.
For the record #Nutella is Italian and refuses to reformulate. They insist on palm oil, even knowing what that costs the planet and all of us. Evil company. Generic palm-oil-free hazelnut spread is great! Especially considering the consequences.
