Nutella oatmeal:

• make a bowl of plain oatmeal (instant works great).
• add 4 heaping teaspoons of brown sugar.
• add 3 heaping teaspoons of Nutella / hazelnut spread.
• mix well

I'm running at about 20% success rate with starting a pot of steel-cut oats, reminding myself to watch it so it doesn't boil over, getting distracted even though I'm only a foot away (or leaving the room altogether), and hearing the hissss as the pot boils over 🙃
