My parents made the choice to live farther from the rest of the clan 20 years ago and it was a good decision. Today, everyone over there is at each otherโs throats or not on speaking terms. Us on the otherhand, they all love us. Not because weโre great or anything, but because we have zero drama with anyone.
I tend to upvote a post when it Links an interesting article or provokes an interesting conversation, and only downvote them when they voice an convectively bad opinion (like, bigotry or other unjustified vitriol)....
I upvote when a post is helpful, funny, entertaining, or if I just want to let the poster know that their post was acknowledged . I rarely downvote, mostly reserved for trolls and unprovoked rudeness.
Did you accept a โfreeโ upgrade a while back? Thatโs what happened to me and at some point they made my bill reflect the speed they were giving me. I then immediately downgraded back to what I originally had.

The problem was that they didnโt want us doing those fun things. They wanted us to be working even when there is no work. So we all ended up pretending to work and if youโve never done that before, itโs unbearably boring.

Itโs exactly what you described. I have a pair of slippers and a pair of shoes. I change footwear everytime I need to pass through the door. You only need one pair of indoor footwear, just make sure you enter the house the same door you exited.
