Turning part of the office into a craft area so I’m putting away some random stuff that was over there. Had to put some cables into storage. It seemed so ridiculous that I felt like it needed an ad. 😂

Got a new TV because the old one died and was SO frustrated to find that it wanted to insist on taking me to this ridiculous Home Screen full of ads and junk every time I turned the TV on, even if the last input I had it on was the DVD player or something. I think I figured out how to change that, and turn off the damn ads, but what an excellent example of making something SO MUCH WORSE in the name of extra money.

Ugh. Covid has come to visit again! Miss 12 went down on Saturday. I thought that Miss 9 and I avoided it, but we both tested positive this morning. 😩 Because when it rains it effing hails and has a bomb cyclone or something.

Thing that I love that I was able to say to my 9 year old, when she was disappointed that Taylor Swift is performing in Japan, and therefore won’t be at the Superb Owl today. “I’m sure she wishes that she could be there, but she has to work. 🤷‍♀️” Kidlet: “Sigh. Yeah.”
Then she immediately moved on to why she doesn’t sing in Japanese to her fans there so they can understand all the lyrics. 😆

It was sunny and I was out of workout commission most of last week feeling sick, so I got myself out the door for a run this morning. I wasn’t in tip top shape, but I did it and that’s what counts!

Had a super fun evening! Got to meet a Masto friend in person!! Also saw a drag king show that was hilarious, fun, sexy, and all around entertaining. Plus it raised money for a great charity! Highlight of the evening was definitely getting to turn an online friend into an IRL friend. 😄
