▶️ A manic episode commenced when I woke from a nap about 8 PM Thursday.

My last notable "episode" lasted 22 days in April.

I'm fine. I've ridden this wave for 35 years. Usually intensely creative and emotionally positive, but there are dark manic periods, too. This one feels "up."

I saw this remix of 's "Don't Tell Me" today for the fist time. It's a great metaphor for how my mania feels—life, as a dance floor remix.

    This is the yacht the Dutch shipbuilding port that considered disassembling a bridge because the boat's masts were too tall and it couldn't set sea.

    The novel solution was to attach the masts after it had passed under the bridge.

    A "Why don't we let the air out of the tires so the semi can clear the underpass" solution.

    The ego of this guy! Tiny Dick Syndrome in action. And a guy doesn't actually have to serve small peen; his *perception of size is what he acts on. 🙄
