every time i see a headline about how some org is "using ai to revolutionize redteaming" or like "ai is gonna force multiply security" i think of these sort of examples - and i think its gonna move things backwards in a surprising way. dont quit your dayjobs, security nerds - we're gonna be unrolling this stuff for years
@Viss I'm ok with the need to have a functioning grid and the social benefit it brings so I'm not against putting into keep it running. But it's just been managed in a way to line the pockets of the power companies which shits me.

Was I fucking drunk when I designed this board? I completely missed 2 GPIOs to control a LED and a switch on the schematic, and I used the wrong SERCOM for the I2C lines which means I now need to swap SCL and SDA.
I got this and put a slather of it on my chicken burger before putting down the top bun half. It contains fried shallots, bits of roasted peanut, sesame seeds, oil, and whatever the fuck is in 12-gauge RIP (round irritant, personnel) rounds. I bit into the burger and immediately started sweating. I now have hiccups, tears are streaming down my face and my moustache is elephant repellent.

it would be pretty great to not have multi-hour hold times, and then having to explain to someone who barely speaks english how the basics of icmp or tcp work in order to speak to the next tier of support, or to help book complex international flights
@Viss you are mistaking the role of AI here. They will simply have the AI transfer the call from level 1 AI to level 2 AI (different costing LLM ) but through the wonders of API's they will automate the call dropping.
i am so tempted to just take a fucken year off and do fuck all/whatever random shit the rabbit hole takes me - not travel or some "experience" just like, live life without the burden of doing things to earn money
