Meet-ups with my friend, Sue, are usually spent sitting by #OneidaLake with nice talks on all different topics. Yesterday we were set up in a small empty County campground right by the water. Saw geese, mallard ducks, an osprey, and other birds. A squirrel was way up high feasting on maple seeds, and dropping the whirligigs on us. It was a great afternoon. Here are some Canadian geese and their goslings she took a photo of and shared.

Scouting trip to scary back yard woods. You can hear my breath is not relaxed. I'm not good in the woods alone. For real. But I am determined to make progress with it this summer.

I'm not working today. However, I did receive an email from our Chief Nursing Officer this morning.

It's an invite for a free coffee from a coffee truck that's established in the parking lot of the ER.

"Get a free coffee on us in celebration of Hospital Week and Nurses Week (last week)."
