Chatting with an old and very dear friend. Laughing at her little kitten exploring and terrorising her dog. Sharing my sad cancer news and hearing her ill health stories. So much talking so many emotions.what a wonderful few hours at her kitchen table with a never ending supply of tea.🙂

Three good things which happened

  1. Visited my socialist Aunty aged 84 and put the world to rights over a cuppa and a chocolate mini roll
  2. Our leftie son visited and we put the world to rights over a few beers and a curry
  3. Laughed through 3 very funny episodes of

Three reasons to be happy
*I bought myself a manual recliner chair in a charity shop
*I rang the doctors,they answered within 5 rings at 9.57 am. Doctor rang back at 10.15, triaged me and gave me an appointment for 11.10 with the practice physio. Short assessment and referral for x-ray organised. Thanks
*Attended craft group
