@ahoylemon got fiber last year for the first time since I moved out of my parent's house. Ditching spectrum felt ao good.

I really hate password/PIN code expiration. It WORSENS security, because you're forced to remember a new password/PIN and after forgetting it a few times will probably write it down. Or you might be tempted to use an easier to remember and less secure password.

NIST no longer recommends expiring credentials regularly. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS.

@zorinlynx My company had a security bulletin a few months ago explaining why this is a bad policy. We still change our passwords every couple months.

@flexghost the one that has always confused me was a van with a bunch of trump stickers and "Make America Native Again"

Was this a native american who strongly supports trump and... decolonialization? Or was this a white person who wants to kick out immigrants considers themself a 'native'? I have no clue, but it haunts me sometimes.

    In consultation with my doctor, I have decided that after 3 years I'd like to see what life is like without antidepressants.

    I am on 20mg Citalopram (an SSRI). We will very slowly lower the dose.

    Does anyone have experience with quitting antidepressants? What withdrawal symptoms can I expect?

    Any information or advice is welcome!

    @Krisss I went off a rather high dose of Venlafaxine years back. Everyone is different, so I would keep talking to your doctor as you go through of course. For me, best I remember I would have tremors. I would feel ocassional... shocks? Like a small electric shock type feeling? I would also get headaches pretty often and my mind would feel like it was racing, where I was struggling to keep my chain of thought. Mostly was fine after a month or so.
