@Pol I think it is plausible that they just added their things on top of standard http quic but it's overhead.
Also shower thoughts I just had: If you require a valid certificate to verify if you are talking to your server, then recovery from a broken certbot will be challenging or a shot in the dark.

@Pol s/soon/now/ The branches for PHPUnit 8.5, PHPUnit 9.6, PHPUnit 10.5, and PHPUnit 11 (main) now all have a composer.lock file under version control.
