๐Ÿšจ The International Criminal Court is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant, as well as Yahya Sinwar and other Hamas leaders, for crimes against humanity.

Foreign Secretary David Cameron must now resign over his complicity in Israeli war crimes, which the UK Government has ignored clear and overwhelming evidence of throughout the last 7 months.

Scottish Green MSP Mark Ruskell MSP has written to Anas Sarwar calling on any future UK Labour government to rule out a new nuclear reactor being built in Scotland - after the UK Tory Government announced plans to do so.

Scotland has extraordinary access to renewable resources. This is what we must invest in as we build for the future, not expensive reactors that will only leave behind a toxic legacy for future generations.

In a letter to the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Scottish Greens equalities spokesperson @maggiechapman has reaffirmed support for a ban and called for the Scottish Government to lay out a timetable for the watertight and trans-inclusive ban.

I was pleased to see Neil Grayโ€™s comments at the weekend, in which he said that the Scottish Government is still committed to delivering a ban. But, given widespread speculation about this legislation, I would welcome your confirmation that this is the case and that the ban will still be watertight and trans inclusive. Can you also confirm: โ€ข When will the Scottish Government publish the results of the consultation held earlier this year? โ€ข When will the Scottish Government publish draft legislation to ban conversion practices? โ€ข Will you ensure that the draft legislation aligns with the guiding principles recommended by the expert advisory group? Everyone in Scotland deserves to live their lives free from marginalisation and discrimination: no one should be made to feel less equal because of who they are or who they love. Banning conversion practices is a vital step forward in ending the ideology that LGBTQIA+ identities are somehow wrong and must be changed.
