@cloudguy an issue that they didn't fix?

    beyondmachines1,

@cloudguy glad to have you in our contacts.

Just like all other software, there can be issues. The key metric is not avoiding a fall at all costs, it's how quickly and with how little scraped knees we can get up after we fall.

The pain is that admins of these platforms are not ready to keep their systems in a state of falling with minimal harm. It doesn't help that those are government employees - understaffed, underpaid and possibly not trained.

@SecurityWriter Well they are not wrong in valuing the visitors' privacy.

It's obviously very valuable since there are hundreds of data brokers trying to get a hold of it.

It is pretty awesome to see two security meetups/conferences using https://meetups.infosec.exchange already

For those wondering how to use it, there is a guide here: https://docs.joinmobilizon.org/use/

    beyondmachines1,

@jerry for the rest of us, some directions on how to use it?

When there’s no money in your VC fund left for women because one dude came to you with a chatbot

    beyondmachines1,

@Daojoan still better than no money because one dude decided to siphon the money from the company you invested in into his girlfriend's company and then lose it.

  • beyondmachines1,

@neurovagrant Just guesstimating, but given that the attack vector was Confluence it seems there's some level of org structure and corporate-like inner workings.

And just like corporate inner workings, they didn't patch their Confluence 😈
