The new #TYPO3 PAGEVIEW ContentObject in v13.1 is a real time saver. Out of the box it comes with the site, language and page objects and all the constants. And the @documentation team already did an awesome job and updated the TypoScript Reference:

Last weekend I stumbled upon a #captcha service provided by the European Union, either self hosted or as SaaS.

This looks quite interesting, although I find it disconcerting that the documentation is in docx files instead of Markdown or PDF. Annoying on the other hand is that the server component requires Java/Tomcat.

Has anyone tested the captcha with #TYPO3 already? I'll take a closer look at the #SaaS version when I get a chance.

The #TYPO3 community sprint in Düsseldorf is already in full swing. Almost 30 participants from various community teams gathered for a full week of dedicated work on TYPO3 and it's ecosystem.

At the weekend I tried out the new #TYPO3 Frontend Editing extension from Georg Ringer.
The extension is quick to set up and works well. I'm still missing the option to add new content elements. But apart from that it works really well.

Georg still urgently needs feedback from editors. So let your editors test it! Each editor can activate the feature individually and the extension can be deleted quickly.

Today @Xdebug helped me to locate a bug introduced by a stupid typo by me in a configuration file. My brain parser failed to detect that typo. Nevertheless it took me way too long to eventually hunt down the error.
