It's great they've acknowledged your work on SDC and are looking at it as a model for the future. But I'm concerned that if people adopt SDC now it could be a massive task to then convert to the experience builder? Am I worrying for nothing?
After reading feedback from several of you, and careful consideration, @pcambra and I have decided to block threads.net from our instance. This aligns us with lots of instances that have done the same.
The coolest thing I know about the #drupal core BigPipe module is that you don’t need to have the Internal Dynamic Page Cache module enabled to use it (counter-intuitive, I know).

Disappointing how many people in the Drupal community seem just fine with posting AI art. You'd think the open source community would have more understanding about appropriate and inappropriate use of other peoples' works, licensing and proper source attribution.
How about a little #drupal-related AI challenge? Create an image using a 4-word prompt where one of the words is "Drupal". Here's mine ("Photo: Drupal cat pyramid"):
I just submitted the last MR to make Single Directory Components part of core itself, and not a module. This was one of the goals of the stabilization effort.
Once this is merged to our feature branch, we can have core committers reviewing the big merge request.
I upped my cable management game with a ThinkPad Thunderbolt Dock, and two cardboard boxes. I pierced holes strategically in the boxes and taped the cables underneath the table. I am really happy how it turned out!
