    cara, a operadora de celular mambembe está no mercado brasileiro há literalmente décadas e ainda não dominou a arte de enviar todo mês pros clientes a fatura a ser paga

    @augustocc a minha operadora não me manda fatura por e-mail também, mas suspeito que é porque uso domínio próprio. Em alguns formulários do sistema deles reclama que o e-mail é inválido por não estar na lista de domínios “de verdade”, como Gmail ou outlook.

    Temos outros símbolos à disposição, alguns melhores do que outros, mas o do girassol tem um diferencial importante: aqui no Brasil ele virou lei.

    @lobocode @augustocc eu tenho um com os dois símbolos, um de cada lado (que nem na minha foto de perfil aqui). Assim é o melhor dos dois mundos, já que tem gente que conhece um mas não o outro.

    Se quiser tenho contato de uma moça que faz (além de uns bottoms maneiros). É baratinho. Se tiver Instagram, é a divesca_ lá.

    @nhoizey @zachleat @mxbck any reason you dropped Forestry? I know it morphed into Tina CMS which I recently implemented on my website (mainly to edit the .md files from anywhere; I don't use its API). And besides some UI bugs, it's been working fine for a small site.

    @nhoizey ah, gotcha. I thought it was just a name change, but didn’t look much into it.

    My blog reads from Markdown files directly, so I don’t use any of Tina’s API stuff and am technically not locked in to them if it ever goes bad again. I recommend this approach too if you’re worried your choice of CMS might be a problem someday

    @augustocc aqui em Caxias do Sul temos o Baurú que é um filé a parmegiana só que sem ser empanado (e o gosto muda pq o molhinho da carne na chapa se mistura com o de tomate)

    Uma delícia tbm, mas ambos tem seu valor e seu lugar no meu estômago

    Genericamente falando, eu lido muito bem com o fato de ter TEA, aceitei o autismo como um fato da vida, não escondo de ninguém.

    Mas hoje estou colocando em dia alguns assuntos pessoais que envolvem registros e laudos sobre essa condição e é impressionante como isso me pegou.

    Sintomas evidentes de angústia, aperto no peito, confusão mental, essas coisas.

    Tem alguma coisa aí que ainda preciso identificar melhor, e vencer.

    @augustocc tenho sentimentos parecidos, acho.

    Por um lado tenho plena certeza que o autismo é parte de quem sou e ajudou a formar minha personalidade. Tenho até orgulho, acho.

    Por outro, esses dias estava pensando na longínqua possibilidade de ter filhos e pensei que seria uma merda se a criança tivesse as mesmas dificuldades em coisas mundanas que eu tenho.

    Tipo, eu sei lidar com essas dificuldades e minha vida é boa, mas não é algo que quero que os outros passem, sabe? Difícil explicar.

    The 3DS had so much personality, full of neat Easter eggs like this, if you make noise or blow into the microphone (yes it has one) it makes the logos rotate.

    @djlink the DS/Wii era (of which I consider 3DS and Wii U a part of) had so much soul put into things. Sadly it seems they went the total opposite way with the Switch which UI-wise is very barebones… which I admit has its perks (it's so much faster) but man, do I miss all the weird stuff

    @cheeaun just tried out Catch-Up to... well, catch-up on everything from yesterday. And it's AMAZING! I like how configurable it is without being overwhelming.

    It took me like 10 seconds to understand what each control did and I was already using it "the optimal way" for me. Which, for the record, was grouping by author and sorting by oldest posts first, then selecting the authors I cared the most about reading.

    @augustocc como vc posta suas notas do Obsidian no blog? Na mão mesmo?

    Tenho um blog faz tempo, e todos os posts são em arquivos .md, mas acho um saco precisar usar o pc e o VS code pra postar. To considerando syncar o Obsidian com o repositório e criar/editar posts direto por lá, mas to na dúvida se é uma boa ideia ou se tem opções melhores…

    Meu objetivo principal é deixar fácil de escrever e publicar um post no iPad, sem depender do pc

    No meu caso o blog já está preparado pra transformar arquivos .md em páginas, então acredito que seria simples.

    Instalei o plugin Obsidian Git e assim que tiver um tempinho vou configurar e ver no que dá. Pelo que vi ele funciona até em Android e iOS (!)

    For the first time in years, I've set a default browser on my iPhone that is not Safari.

    I've been using the new Arc Search app on iOS for the past week. It's a fun, fast, search-oriented browser with the best mobile browser UI and gestures I've seen to date.

    O CORDÃO DO GIRASSOL E O AUTISMO – O autismo é frequentemente impossível de identificar, ou mesmo supor, apenas visualmente. A partir de julho de 2023, via lei federal específica, o uso (opcional) do cordão de girassol ao redor do pescoço pode ajudar a identificar as pessoas com TEA, para facilitar oferecer a elas as adaptações e o suporte.

    @augustocc eu tenho um do quebra-cabeça, mas tô querendo um que tem que é meio a meio (metade girassol e metade quebra-cabeça ), porque aqui onde moro o de quebra-cabeça já é bem conhecido

    Semana passada fui pra Gramado e nos parques o pessoal já reconheceu na hora e foi super acomodativo, guiando às filas preferenciais e estando a disposição sem eu precisar falar nada

    Em compensação no centro em si o assédio de vendedores ainda foi bem forte

    Exiting act two. This game is an absolute masterpiece. I must say I did enjoy act one more than act two, as it is starting to narrow in focus and your ability to free roam, but it cannot be overstated what an amazing accomplishment this game is

    @shanselman it's definitely a labor of love! Wish there were less softlock spots though.

    I loved Act 1, but couldn't get the willpower to explore much on Act 2, so I focused on the main quest…. until I got to a point where I'm severely underleved and don't have anything else I can do to get XP, the only thing I can do is move on to Act 3, where I get one-shot by almost everything 🫠

    Hey Fediverse, my wife is looking for a new job. She is looking for something marketing-related, preferably marketing strategy.

    She is based in Brazil, so remote is a requirement. She has worked with some big Brazilian brands before, and has a background in education (taught English as a second language for years), and is most of all really quick to adapt to new industries.

    If you know of anything that could be a fit, let me know!

    Is there a way to show/hide the HTML <dialog> element without JavaScript? 🤔

    I'm thinking of adding dialogs to my website to add details of some side projects (click on card → open modal), but my website proudly works with no JS at all (using it only for added goodies), so I wouldn't want to lock content behind a JS toggle.

    If not possible, I accept suggestions of how I could display that content - there's not enough content for a page per project; that's why I'm not considering that.

    @manualdousuario eu tenho um i7 de 9a geração com 16 gibas de Rambo com W11 e mesmo assim ele tá sempre quente e meio travadinho, então não é só por causa do seu hardware não
