"Please do not post links in mastodon they make my website to die". It depends a lot on what you're hosting. Some people is not ready for the hit, other times its a "skill issue".

I just want to say two things:

Its an initial version of the project, a toy version of it. Could be improved. Right now its basically bullmq to make sure that petitions get done "in an orderly fashion" and to avoid "oh we got 3 petitions for the same url quickly, so 3 petitions it goes". Also redis for cacheing the results (no permament storage yet).

Future extensions include the posibility of also do image cache, and to change the implementation of the way we get the link preview, because basically I am just using a library and thats it.

So I'm going through a hell upgrade of mysql https://mastodon.social/@mcc/112294139220776280 and the only reason this is a problem is because one of the Wordpress tables got mangled during an upgrade. In fact, the only reason I am running Mysql is to support Wordpress. I don't really want to be running Mysql. Or Wordpress. But I set up this website in 2006, and now I'm stuck maintaining Wordpress, and the Mysql it depends on, and the Ubuntu THAT depends on, for like… the rest of my life. Every new LTS, a jolt of pain

Acabo de salir de mi centro de salud (centro de salud Los Castillos , en Alcorcón). Iba a pedir cita en el mostrador porque desde la app de cita previa no me salía ninguna (lleva así meses).

La primera cita que me podían dar es para el 23 de mayo. 23 de mayo. Más de un mes de espera.

Me han dicho que en el turno de tarde tenían siete médicos para atender los pacientes que lleva ese centro. Hace unos meses les han dejado con tres. Tres.

En Alcorcón hay siete centros de salud públicos. Tocan a 24.000 personas cada uno. Y en el turno de tarde del mío han dejado a tres médicos.

Quiero ir a quemar la sede de la comunidad de Madrid.
