Anyone know why a #chromebook doesn't work while the battery is in?

I have a Chromebook that wasn't working so I took the battery out to take a look and tested the system with the charger in and no battery and it boots. If I put the battery in then it doesn't, nor does the battery charge.

Can someone give me some advice on making an IR #camera with #raspberrypi ? Was thinking about buying a NoIR camera module 3 and an IR flashlight for a cheap lowlight/night camera, using my phone to control the camera.

I haven't used the cam module 3 so need some advice with that if possible.

Something keeps waking HackSpace Andrew's dog up in the middle of the night. That would be fine, except the dog keeps waking Andrew up in the middle of the night. This is not fine. So he set up a wildlife camera to monitor the back garden.
