Reminder: friends don’t let friends use sticker mule. The CEO is a trump supporter and donates to anti-LGTBQ organizations. I saw a screed of tweets from the CEO happen live back in 2016. They are horrible in other ways too.

Last Wednesday evening @nova had a climbing accident and died.

All of us that loved her are heart broken and stunned. She was an amazing person that lived out loud and built connection and community wherever she went. She will be horribly missed.

Those closest to her are still working through their grief and figuring out when and how to best memorialize her. In the meantime, please donate to Trans Lifeline or the Transgender Law Center in her honor instead of looking to send flowers.

@mauilion One of the interesting things that Duffie and I talked about is, to me, a new axiom. “No matter how well you think you know and account for your biases, there are biases that you don’t see”

Kinda like the quote from Karl Rove (fuck that guy): There are the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns.

We are all subject to unknown biases and we need to rely on others to help us see them.
