Haven't used it but is seems it runs on Mullvad's service which has a good reputation, plus it funds Mozilla. I assume you have looked at the online reviews of available services ?

    I struggle with measuring my when it's in the portafilter. But if I measure the coffee out of the grinder in a pot, it's tricky to get it all in the portafilter when it's right.

    My method is to weigh the beans and then grind them into a single-dose adapted grinder into a glazed porcelain bowl with spout. I then transfer the grounds to the portafiler using a dosing ring.

    I can get within 0.2 grams of my desired dose using this method.

    Whatever method gives you the consistence you need should be fine.
