Par défaut, qqn utilisant Signal ne peut pas vous trouver via votre numéro de téléphone. Vous n'êtes pas "trouvable" sans le dire explicitement dans vos options de confidentialité.

D'un coté, c'est cool pour certaines personnes.

De l'autre, je me dis que ça réduit encore plus l'impact de Signal. Des gens que je connais disent qu'à part moi, personne ne l'utilise car ils ne se voient pas entre eux...

@ploum c'est bizarre, c'était l'inverse qui était expliqué dans leur post de blog lorsqu'ils ont commencé à faire les noms d'utilisateurs ?

Je crois avoir les paramètres par défaut, en tout cas je n'y ai pas touché et ça ressemble à ça :
