Dear friends,

Something is happening to my feet.

I've got 3 pairs of Oofos now, 1 pair of slides and 2 pairs of shoes, because the slides have been SO comfy to wear at home. BUT.

They are so squishy, the whole underside of my foot is getting the same pressure. It's nice for taking weight off the sore spot on the heel, but feels like it's maybe stressing out the rest of the sole? Hurty.

I've been walking carefully, wearing thin barefoot styles shoes today. So far so good..

@sarajw I certainly appreciate how far you're going to experiment with different methods/shoes/tools/etc.

It's 10x more than I did, which is probably why mine lasted a year and a half.

I'm so, so bad at the Google Search management stuff; is anyone able to tell me what this screenshot means?

I honestly can't tell if it's saying:

  • "We can't find a 404 page on your site", or
  • "We encountered a 404 error because of some missing page(s) on your site"

I gave in to a recommendation from a YouTube video by a pair of charming middle aged physiotherapists, to get a massage gun and use it on my sore foot and the calf on that side.

Got one for a good price and woooo it feels great, even if it won't actually speed plantar fasciitis healing! But I hope it will.
