@airwhale absolutely yes, It gave me all the sources that It considers to extract the info of the reply. Furthermore, Copilot in One drive working specifically on a file reduce dramatically its bias because It really refers the file you are referencing.

Is this the right time to update the Agile Manifesto?!

🚀"Deliver working software frequently, from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, with a preference for the shorter timescale." 🚀

It's fascinating to ponder how this timeless principle from the is evolving, especially in light of the incredible potential unlocked by

💡 Proposed Update: 💡

"Deliver working software frequently, from a couple of hours to a couple of days – with a preference for the shorter timescale"

🌐 This updated principle aligns with the breakneck pace of technological advancements and the soaring demand for rapid software development cycles. By harnessing the transformative power of , teams can now race against the clock, transforming concepts into working software within hours or days, instead of the traditional weeks or months. This enables more frequent iterations and faster adaptation to evolving user needs.

What are your thoughts on It?! 💡

@airwhale thanks for your Comment. I am sure that you have participated to working sessions where a prototype's features are tested and commented. AI allows very quick reworks and enhancement, expecially at the UX level, that historically had always required days of rework.

Key to successfully complete a initiative that generate real value is a proper definition and understanding of the requirements.

Asking to business people to define them in detail without knowing the Digital Opportunities you have may limit the benefits you could built.

You can overcome this risk by considering requirements definition as "High level wishes" (user story) a goal of the project exactly as their development.

It will be useful both for developers to enter properly into the topic and for the business resources that will "see" their needs from a completely different perspective.

This Is what I do as everytime i have that opportunity.

Do you follow a similar approach? Which suggestions do you have?

@airwhale you understood perfectly what i meant. Very recently It happened to me to receive a functional specification of a huge application involving different roles and processes of a department of a multinational Company and written by the head of this department. It was well written but none of his people had read It. Before starting to develop we included one sprint to discuss with all team member about their real practical needs. Everyone at the end was surprised: the area of Development did not change but the goals became much wider and felt by the people that then pushed and worked much more to build the software applications to satisfy their needs.
