I've been experiencing a persistent high heart rate and an increase in blood pressure this week, I think partially due to anxiety and stress. I'm just not feeling very well. If you've experienced this, what are some things you've done which made a real difference?

I've been going for walk as well as trying to stay hydrated and breathe, but it's been hard this week, both mentally and physically.

@collin Iโ€™ve found walking meditations helpful. Also, taking measurements where possible, and seeing your doctor if you havenโ€™t already.

    @decryption cloud.oracle.com offers a free tier, including a reasonably specced ARM-based option (so long as you are persistent, as they're often full and you have to wait for capacity).

    @decryption I remember. I'm that old. I'm not sure if I'll buy one, but if I did, and if I was thinking that flying to the US made sense (which it probably wouldn't), I'd aim for California, or maybe Seattle.
