Meine Fresse, könnt ihr bitte mal ein einziges Mal ordentlich recherchieren, anstatt irgendwelche Fake News in die Welt zu setzen?

Eine normal große Banane Banane liefert viel Kalium (~20% des Tagesbedarfs eines durchgeschnittenen Erwachsenen) und Magnesium (~12%). Calcium ist da nicht viel drin.
