Conservative Presidents don’t care, because they were planning to disregard the greater good anyway. But Dems in this position have to just make concessions, strive for X, Y and Z while also appeasing their elusive master(s).
Anyone disagree? Come up with a more plausible explanation. I’d love to hear it.

Some previously wooded area is now suburb. A craft store was replaced by a thrift store. There are a few restaurants downtown that weren’t there before.
