Do I want an e-bike?

I don't think I neeeed an e-bike.

But I think a low powered one might be helpful for when I'd actually like to ride a bike somewhere a little further away but not get super sweaty on the way. Or, for comfortably taking the kids in the trailer to the less local playgrounds, that are just that bit too far for them to ride to on their own bikes.

My office has a shower, but planning the extra time for that into my day is just a bit much, and I feel hot and bothered for ages.

@sarajw I was very doubtful, but it’s been the best purchase I‘ve ever made 🙃 I got a 45km/h one to commute 21km/way and I almost never take the train anymore. Also got a 25km/h cargo bike, which is wonderful and perfect to take the kid places, but for further distances (>15km) it‘s too slow for my taste. In any case: get one and upgrade once you need more 🚲

@elduvelle We enjoyed https://www.imdb.com/title/tt21335690/ on our last date night a lot. But I‘m a fan of Herfurth’s work and it certainly is not for everyone – but very much for me ☺️

So I‘ve been on here less the last few days because @arnicas has been going on about No Man‘s Sky and then I bought it alongside Zelda and omg is it a time sink!!! A great one, sure, but a big one 😂 And I haven‘t even started Zelda yet and that will be the rest of the year … 🙈
