Big thumbs up to Sobo "jiao zi” style vegan dumplings

19g protein, 7g fiber, 1g sugar, limited ingredients, and they taste great. Pan fry ‘em with your own sauce!

@peterbutler I hope they expand to more states. That sounds great!

@MuseumShuffle Oops. I didn’t realize it was only Bay Area (company is located in San Mateo). Agreed. I hope they make it big!

I don’t think I realized how healthy bicycling is. Huzzah!

> A substantial body of evidence supports the health benefits of cycling, everything from strengthening the immune system to boosting the likelihood of living longer. Now, a new study finds people who are in the habit of riding a bike are significantly less likely to have osteoarthritis and experience pain in their knees by age 65, compared to people who don't bike.

Red Lobster received a Service Mark (℠) for the term “Ultimate Endless Shrimp”

I am thinking about that a little tonight

I might never stop laughing. I loved Red Lobster as an 11 y.o. boy in Detroit

It looks like I’ll be eating coffee today 😔

Not a lick of vegan food at JFK Terminal 5 (except for oatmeal and I’m not paying for oatmeal)

Quite a difference from Terminal 1 in SFO, where I had a nice vegan breakfast and found a great vegan wrap for the plane ride

I like NYC, but I’ll be glad to get back to West Coast culture. It’s VERY old fashioned here (and I would guess many people like it that way 🤷🏼‍♀️)

The point is that if you are part of a small minority, your needs will rarely be catered to

This is true for all small minorities, absent legislation or very strong social pressure

Very interesting reading on LLMs and their current and future limitations

>> It might be best to say that LLMs demonstrate incredible intuition but limited intelligence. It can answer almost any question that can be answered in one intuitive pass. And given sufficient training data and enough iterations, it can work up to a facsimile of reasoned intelligence.
