The Wayfinder Discord is going up in smoke right now after their latest announcement. It's kinda funny, but also sad. Another MMO-hopeful, well.. not exactly dead, but the MMO-experience is going away.

Can't say that I'm surprised, I even think it's the better decision for them to make, but I do get that people that spent money on it expecting an MMO experience are mad.

Before bed, #3GoodThings, but about the whole month of January rather than this specific day. Because y'all, this month has been awful and longer than any month has the right to be, and yet, there were still good things.

1. I maintained the positive habits I've been trying to establish, a few small lapses notwithstanding, and I think I've been very kind to myself even when I felt like I was failing at something.
2. I've already read 5 books, when it was difficult for me to stay interested long enough to finish anything all of last year.
3. I've also written more this month than I did all of last year and I'm optimistic about my ability to keep doing it.

I'm glad to see the end of this month, but I'm equally glad to realize that even in the face of anxiety and my house being constantly invaded and waking up at ungodly hours most days and big stress/overwhelm/exhaustion, I've still been happy.

@3goodthings I think this group is one of the better things about the fediverse. To me, our being members means that we want to not lose sight of the good around us, and that we want to push that good out into the world as well.
