Wanted to say it’s pretty cool to see how fast this place has grown in just the past few days and it’s starting to really feel like what Reddit used to be in the good ol days.
I admittedly don't either, but I'm near a part in my course that works with API. I should be able to do something in the coming days. I took a look and it seems like Lemmy has all the API I need for this, too. I'm hopeful.
PSA: while upvoting exists, to get the "move closer to the top" effect that reddit's upvote had, you need to click boost
