I didn’t realize Baltimore was so important for the car market of the Midwest and East Coast. Apparently 800,000+ cars are delivered per year through the Port of Baltimore, but with the bridge collapse today it sounds like shipments could cause some car market issues for a swath of the country.
Aren't these ships so slow to turn and stop, that most entries into ports and narrows require tugboats? With such valuable cargo as well, wouldn't insurance companies also?
Hi I have jellyfin installed in a VM with 24 cores and 32GiB RAM (VM also used for Docker). Whenever I attempt to play higher quality files, jellyfin crashes after a few minutes. I haven’t seen it struggle with lower quality media....
For the best of both worlds, I run VMs that run docker containers, with hosts grouped by function (like media/JF, web sites, etc). It's nice to be able to work on setting up a new host, while not touching the existing host and containers. It's also nice if something hangs up one host, it doesn't take down everything.
I never felt there was a good reason for this app, they sell stuff online, and that works just fine in a browser without an app spying on my every move.

Same as you, in IT forever, ...I switched, and I'm never going back. It's fast, and it's brought the joy back for me. Nvidia needs to do better, but that was the only difficulty I had.
It's a crappy situation with Nvidia, even outside of this. A while ago, my ubuntu system informed me of updates, and it happily installed the 6.5 kernel. Turns out, nvidia drivers don't work with this kernel..... Apparently this sort of thing happens all the time, which would seem easily avoidable.
Well, if there's money to be made, they'll keep making them, and streaming services are losing millions and cutting content...so what is the real story? Are people tired of streaming, of privacy issues and advertising, and of managing subscriptions? Could be! It's where I'm at...
I've been a customer for decades, including large format, and my newish HP is waiting to be recycled. It's print quality wasn't great, and the HP ink I bought that worked well for months stopped working due to what must be a chip error. Who has time for that nonsense? I won't even sell it, I don't want to push the misery on someone else.

Thanks marketing. Push a meaningless poll and sit back and enjoy the attention while everyone argues about the results. At the same time, thousands of crap titles pour into the system and the whole experience becomes degraded.
I don’t mind cloud solutions that I need to pay as long as it’s fair and the software is worth it. Having that said, I also don’t mind one that simply exposes the stream and I need to setup my router to access it remotely.
A minor thing impacting usability
If I'm on page 14 for instance of "new" and go to "hot", I'm now on page 14 there. I think that the first page would be expected by most people?
