I recently started going for walks again after dark. There's something about the residual summer heat, the darkness, and the quiet that just connects with me. On occasion I'll even go bare foot and it can really intensify that feeling of being connected to the world around me.
I discovered today that my most played game on Steam is Astronner with about 500 hours, and my second most played is Surviving Mars with about 500 hours.
Another WoW addict checking in. I was somewhere north of 12,000 hours from release to the end of Wrath with another stint during Classic.
I've since quit with no intention of ever returning. Despite how much I loved the game it doesn't love me back, and it's better if I don't play at all.
There are some new features, collapsible comments, magazine sorting, the settings page which has an app icon switcher as well as a couple accessibility options!...
For example, Witch Slayer's spells felt so much more satisfying to use than Lion's. Silver bullet vs Finger is no comparison. Alternatively, give me Axe over Legionnaire any day....
I agree with you on Lion. Witch Slayer was my most played hero in HoN. I think all his spells were faster cast times just because of the overall pacing of the game was so fast.
Personally I never felt Glacius was ever as good as Crystal Maiden. It didn't help that Deadwood was so popular in pubs and could nearly one hit kill you with his ultimate.
I had never heard of one pedal driving until you mentioned it here. After reading about it that sounds like a pretty interesting feature. Do you get to use it very often or is it pretty niche?
What makes Tildes.net different? Does it do anything differently than Reddit, or is it mostly just a clone?
I haven't browsed it for more than a few minutes nor do I have an invite so it would be nice to hear if there's anything that makes it stand out from other alternatives.
As a former redditor I am glad to have found a new "home" and I hope I'm not intruding. Nevertheless, we are all a huge migration that is bound to change how kbin works and we're bound to piss off some pre-migration Keebinetters. The fact you guys were here before and not in reddit makes evident you don't want this to become a...
I was running to get my train. For a reason i still can't explain, in the station entrance hatch, i turned right instead of continue right and hit the glass with my face. I have now a scar near the eyebrow.
My dumbest way was definitely parasailing off a trampoline with a tarp.
It was an extremely windy day and my friends and I were outplaying on the trampoline. We decided to pair up and each grab two corners of a tarp. We jumped as high as we could on the trampoline and threw the tarp up to catch the wind, and we would get carried across the yard. Well on one attempt the wind died and I just dropped straight to the ground after jumping up. I broke four metatarsal bones in my foot and required surgery to fix it.
What do you do personally to find happiness in your everyday life?
I know the question is a bit vague, but I’m hoping people will interpret this however they see fit an give their own experiences....
In which game did you spend the most hours?
I discovered today that my most played game on Steam is Astronner with about 500 hours, and my second most played is Surviving Mars with about 500 hours.

HoN vs DotA heroes: who you got for better design/feel?

What is your favorite gaming handheld console growing up?
For me, it has to be PSP, it was WAY ahead of its time....
So what corners have redditors gathered to during the blackout?
Here (kbin), Lemmy, Tildes... I hear Mastodon had a user spike. Is there something obvious I'm missing?...

Dear pre-migration Keebinetters, how can we NOT ruin kbin for you?
