It has to do with other laws in the EU having to do with anticompetitive practices. Reddit would be subject to the same, Twitter is just much more in the public eye so they got news coverage and Musk got slapped for it faster.

Most people interact with the site through a mobile device, so if they force you to switch to the app, not only do they not have to maintain a mobile interface, but you can't use a browser based ad blocker.

Andor. It has been by far the best written, acted, and shot work done in the Star Wars universe in many years. Not that it's the only recent addition I like, but I think it's heads above the rest.
