Democracy as liberals imagine it does not exist, and has never existed, if something serves the ruling class in a bourgeois democracy it will happen, if it goes against their interests, it won’t happen, that’s all, there’s no extra calculus here. (Barring of course the threat of overthrow and mass people’s movements, say, the reason most western European social democracies exist.)

So I tried it again, deliberately this time, and found that not only did the game not crash, it actually continued running the entire time the cart was partially disconnected! (9/14)
At this point I finally realised what was going on. The GBA was indeed just running a small amount of code from RAM in a loop. That code though, was interfacing with the cartridge to receive audio and video from A GENESIS ON A CHIP IN THE CART. (10/14)

@dougmerritt@julesh - in 1d there are lots of functions preserved by the Fourier transform. There's an othonormal basis of functions ψₙ equal to a specific Gaussian times the nth Hermite polynomial. These are called 'energy eigenstates of the harmonic oscillator'. To take the Fourier transform of ψₙ you just multiply it by 𝑖ⁿ. So every fourth one is preserved by the Fourier transform, and taking linear combinations you get all functions preserved by the Fourier transform.

Интересно, где это так работало. В тоталитарных режимах элиты сосредоточены вокруг государства, либо и есть государство. Там пока стержень не уедет на лафете, либо не передумает, ничего не поменяется. Северная Корея, Китай и т.д.
В относительно демократических работает чисто социальный эффект сплачивания ради выживания. Кто-то поддерживает ещё больше, так как "наших бьют", кто-то занят превозмоганием.
Санкции это обычная война на экономическом фронте, где люди расходный материал. Свои и чужие, как и в принципе на войне. Вот этого варианта не хватает в опросе :)
Каким образом при санкциях наложенных допустим на “Алмаз-Антей” после крушениа MH17 обычные граждане РФ стали “расходным материалом”? Ведь тогда санкции ЕС были нацелены на конкретные лица и предприятия, а ограничения на ввоз продуктов… это уже были контр-санкции РФ :)
Ну а так то да, в анкете не хватает просто ответа “чтобы агресору было дороже и сложнее делать оружье”
