So, let me get this straight: The Senate has reached a BIPARTISAN border deal, but “Speaker” Mike Johnson just said he refuses to even consider it. NONE of this is President Biden’s or Democrats’ fault. This is all on Republicans & it’s beneath contempt. They simply don’t care.

@skykiss Republicans are ALSO the reason for the "crisis" at the border... they've been saying Biden is "open border" when he's not, and that draws people to the border thinking it's open. This propaganda is running heavy in LatAm social media

This 118th Congress has brought us to the brink of economic default twice, made outrageous budgetary demands against immigrants, Ukraine, and social programs, failed to control gun violence, kicked out one Speaker while installing another so extreme he’s unfit for any gov’t job, kicked out another Rep for fraud & corruption, begun an impeachment inquiry on the president who has literally saved America from economic & pandemic disaster, focused on persecuting an unelected recovering addict but supported a disgraced ex-Pres with 91 felony indictments. Plus I can’t remember everything else.
