I'm an infertile atheist. In a fit of desperation while doing IVF, I went into a church and promised that if I could have children, I'd have them baptized. Trump has already been judged by a Court to be an insurrectionist.

He swore an Oath to the Constitution when he took the Office of POTUS.

All power comes from the Constitution and EVERYONE is subordinate.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is UNAMBIGUOUS and is a self-disqualifying clause, just like not being 35 yo or a natural born citizen to become POTUS.

It couldn’t be simpler.
