J.D. Vance is a prime example of one of the Republicans that wanted FISA monitoring of foreign communications in the U.S. to be curtailed.
Those guys spout the Russian talking points too accurately for it to just be coincidence.
@randahl considering what they achieved with the little they were given, and the immense capacity of the us, it doesn't make any sense to restrain help, Russia could be pushed back in its borders and humiliated without getting anywhere close to stretching us resources. The issue is the west, and particularly the us, doesn't know if it wants a victory, it wants order, manageable problems, not the chaos of a Russian collapse. And of course, the GOP being in Putin's pockets.
