Israel is forcing 10s of thousands of palestinians to move from Khan Yunis to Rafah.
The situation in Rafah is catastrophic, over a million people living in the most horrifying conditions and now people are forced to move from Khan Yunis under rain and heavy bombings and sniper attacks of Israeli occupational forces.
The court ruling by ICJ had 0 effect on Israeli military actions in Gaza and they are moving forwards with their plans to destroy what's left of southern Gaza.
Palestinian health minister reported that 187 people were killed and some 700 were injured during the the attacks by IDF in the past 24h.
The last functioning hospital in central Gaza had to evacuate and end operation by the order of IDF and some of the injured were moved to the south.
With rain and cold, the human catastrophe in Gaza is becoming deadly for the most volnurable among the displaced Palestinians.
Cold rain is adding to the misery of the forcefully displaced Palestinians, specially the younger victims.
With food transport being blocked by Jewish protesters, situation in Gaza getting more desperate every minute. Most people in Gaza eat no more than one meal per day and situation for those in isolated central and northern parts are even worse.
With no internet, in most of Gaza, it's almost impossible to get a realistic view of the misery of palestinians under Israeli attack and the few reports and videos that comes out print a picture of desperate but resilient people who are suffering tremendously but still smile in front of the camera.
It's really hard to share these reports without getting emotional, not being able to do anything to end this ongoing crimes and not understanding how "civilized Europeans" can go on living their lives as nothing is happening there and let their governments arm and fund genocidal regime of Israel.
In January 2024. Not 1800 or 1900, in 21st century TODAY.
They are not getting enough food to be able to create body heat to deal with the low temperature so they are simply dying, in silence, with no one watching, no one documenting it, no one giving a shit.
With no internet and world busy with US/UK attacks against Yemen to save the precious cargo to reach Israel, the media have an excuse to ignore the suffering in #Gaza.
I am just losing it. This is so freaking depressing!

LOL. Real life first aid situation in my wilderness first aid class today. Student started shivering uncontrollably while we were doing a scenario outside, slight rain, very cold, windy. Got to demonstrate the use of a rescue blanket, ha ha. (Early signs of heading into #hypothermia)

(more calories being one fix to that situation... energy for your body to bring your temperatures back up...)
