The team at World Health Network @whn has filed a formal complaint against the California Dept of Public Health & against Cal OSHA as their isolation-lowering guidelines were passed illegally since they did not offer time for public comment as required by CA law. If this gets overturned, it could set precedence for CDC to then overturn their isolation guidance as well. Let's go!

The thing I struggle the most with loneliness wise is my cognition. I often just don't have the words for banter and especially miss having deep chats on a variety of topics. This is particularly frustrating when I am physically isolated and online stuff is my main way to connect.
I long to be in a room full of people all quietly not talking, just being physically present.
@neurovagrant I agree that one important aspect of my #NeuroDifference I always strongly connected to was needing private space and time to process/recover, especially from social situations. I previously thought this was about #introversion but I now consider it very differently.
Taking away my private space and time has serious detrimental effects on my #MentalHealth. I noticed this most acutely during #COVID#isolation.
