Found the new chocolate frosted donut KitKat the other day.
I've been wanting to give this a try, just like I try all the new flavors they come out with.
This isn't bad at all, since it's chocolate and I'm not a big fan of chocolate. It doesn't have a very strong chocolate flavor and you can taste the donut part of it which is nice.
After #Champon lunch* figured I'd give the other #Nagasaki dish #SaraUdon (皿うどん) a try. Lots of izakayas & sushi places and a couple of places I looked up were closed. Finally went to the place at the station (it was quiet compared to other hopping places). The Sara udon was good (glad I didn't get it with the thick noodle) - reminded me of Chinese food (which surely influenced it) - crisp thin noodles & reduced &:thickened sauce with bounties #Food#Japan#DasInKyushu
Forgive me - I was even weaker when they seated me. Got three other skewers and the fried #KitKat too.
It was good! Only quibble - it was a touch small 😭

A good thing today is remembering that we went to Coles last night and the paper-wrapped standard KitKats were scanning at 25 cents. Plastic ones still $2.20. Bought a fistful of paper-wrapped ones. #GoodThing#KitKat#Winning#Coles
