Spent some time on the #Docker image for #LinkAce v2 this evening. Working with Docker for years now, but there's always something new to learn. 👨‍🎓

New stuff: out-of-the-box SQLite support, nginx was replaced with #Caddy, smaller image size. 👍

1/2 I currently use a very good but still somewhat limited (also in terms of performance) shared #hosting service from Switzerland. I #selfhost #nextcloud #baikal, #linkace and others. In the future I'd like to self host #bitwarden, #matrix, #gitlab and #mastodon as well.

Hey, self-hoster friends. Could you suggest me a public bookmarking tool that I can host on my machine? Preferably, something lightweight that I can use to create lists of links and share with people.

Pretty pumped that I was able to set up a self-hosted (#FOSS) app called #Linkace on my domain.

The creator is @Kovah

Now I can archive the best-of-the-best links I find.
Linkace will backup my links to The #WaybackMachine via #InternetArchive
It will also check for broken links or missing webpages.
I can set links to be private or public. Visitors can share links via popular apps - like Mastodon!

When I get a decent library put together, I will share my Linkace site here.
