I'm going to a holiday social this evening in Scotts Addition and I'm already feeling angst about finding parking, not to mention the sidewalks that randomly appear and disappear from block to block. The infrastructure in that area sucks and I wish the city would give it some attention, because there's no shortage of good places to eat and drink. I'd go there more often except I just hate the inconsistent patch work of parking/sidewalks, lack of bike lanes, etc that honestly is a major safety concern. #RVA
