Welp...that was a fucking waste of time. A blurry, brown, empty mess. It's literally a two-hour recruitment run, in which every character gets one scene for themselves, after which they step into the background for the next #StarWars rip-of...uh, pastiche location. Every two scenes it's intercut with flashbacks from Sofia Boutella's character.
I’ve been trying to watch Zack Snyder‘s latest cinematic poo #RebelMoon and have had to take a break. It‘s bad. Very, very bad. I hope it gets better, I fear it will not.
On est d'accord que Rebel Moon c'est mou du genoux ? Que la réalisation est approximative.
Que la photographie/prise de vue (j'ai pas le terme mais disons cadrage/profondeur de champs/lumière) est franchement nul avec des effets assez grossier de floue artistique juste moche. #rebelmoon
anders als die etwas billig wirkenden TikTok Trailer ist #RebelMoon tatsächlich sehr hübsch und auf epische Größe angelegt.
Der CGI Freund freut sich, paar schicke Szenen Compositions dabei und auch die Action ist sehr fluffig.
Rest im Grunde unerheblich:
simpler Plot, jede Menge ausgelutscht geglaubter Klischees - aber OK zusammengepuzzelt.
( evtl KI gestützt während des Autorenstreiks oder so :D )
Aber Ok als Bombast-Geplänkel nebenbei oder für nen 4K Gerätetest 🤓
Meine Güte. Ich habe in meinem Leben schon sehr viele grottenschlechte Filme gesehen. #RebelMoon reiht sich ganz unten mit ein. Schlechte, unsympathische Schauspielende, lächerliches Drehbuch, man erkennt angeklebte Bärte, Perücken, da ist einfach Nichts. #Netflix
#RebelMoon review: First things first--I'm probably kinder to #ZackSnyder than a lot of people because I love DC Comics and he used to be the steward of its movie universe. I do think it's unfortunate that it's become extremely hard to judge this director's work on its own merits because of his rabid "cult", and the endless comparisons of his product with the Marvel movies, which many people still view with rose-tinted glasses, even though a good number of them are schlock. Look I know this isn’t the most important part of the film, but I think it’s hysterical that Zack Snyder thinks that farming is when you dramatically crouch down, grab some dirt into your fist, and hold it up to your face for an extended period of time.
Like, how did he know? I thought that was a closely held farmer’s secret.
I hope no one told him how we make those giant horses.

The only way I can describe this movie ... it's like I've seen the highlights from every sci-fi or fantasy movie made in the last 4 decades has been badly jammed together.
Can't wait for the next in the series. LOL #RebelMoon
But seriously, if you want to watch Seven Samurai, or even Battle Beyond the Stars, just watch one of those. There is at least a hint of humour in them.
