I'm teaching my kids the values of the traditional point-and-click adventures, and we're currently about to finish #MonkeyIsland 2. Other classics like #ZakMcKracken and #ManiacMansion are on the to-to list, but I'm also looking for something new - and that's when I - somewhat late, admittedly, given that it was release some six years ago - discovered that the legendary @grumpygamer made #ThimbleweedPark which looks absolutely bloody amazing. And it's on sale on both Steam and GOG! This is going to be awesome! :-)
I've spent the last couple of days working on the 🇮🇹 Italian 🇮🇹 translation for my latest game "Not enough time", so I decided to write a blog post about the approach I used to make the game translation-ready (mostly so I won't forget again how it works, next time I make a game): https://blog.apicici.com/posts/2023/08/game_translations/
